Our Winter Virtual Group Program will begin on December 1 and run through the end of April, with schedules appropriate for those targeting Pike’s Peek 10K as well as those targeting Cherry Blossom 10-Miler (or both races).  This program provides guidance, accountability, coaching support, and a network for those looking to connect with other local runners. Whether looking to sustain fitness gains or improve them through endurance and speed, this virtual coaching option will help runners stay on track over the winter and achieve their goals.

All participants receive a comprehensive training calendar tailored to your experience and goals, just as we offer in all of our group programs, along with weekly email communication and the ability to contact us with questions or concerns.

While the virtual program does not include formal weekly coached group runs and speakers like our fall and spring programs, we do provide routes for those interested in running together informally on Sunday mornings, as well as access to our private Facebook meet-up page, where you can coordinate runs with other RFF runners and alumni of all paces and all levels of experience.

We will be starting our popular Summer Speed and Strength Program on April 30th, immediately after Pike’s Peek, so we hope that this virtual program will bridge any gaps in your training and help you stay on track.
